    MORGANS COBB SALAD.  Kale, arugula lettuce mix, topped with an organic, free range hard cooked egg, red cabbage, beets, cucumber, edamame, Jack cheese with a choice of house made ginger or blue cheese dressing.

    WATERMELON AND CHICK PEA SALAD.  Cubed watermelon, chick peas, feta cheese in a light mint syrup, olive oil, torn mint and parsley dressing.

    GRILLED CITRUS ATLANTIC SALMON.  A fillet drizzled with a citrus butter, coriander scented rice and seasonal vegetables.

    NATURALLY RAISED ORGANIC CHICKEN TAJINE. Chicken braised in lemon, saffron, a blend of Morrocan spices and olives served with couscous pilaf and seasonal vegetables.
